Founded in 2015 by search director and former lawyer Robert Ryan the goal of the firm is to conduct senior legal searches and provide bespoke career opportunities to lawyers ranging from newly admitted Associates to Equity Partners. We have specialist knowledge of both market disciplines and jurisdictions and advise junior and senior practitioners internationally.
Our goal is to become your trusted adviser and the way we do that is by knowing our market and what's actually going to work for you. We have cultivated relationships with clients ranging from leading law firms to Legal 500 and Chambers ranked professionals.
Our firm is based in Mayfair, London but our network is global.
